The plans by Ben Stocks are too brittle to open. They appear to show an elaborate conservatory. The work is noted as having been begun before the plans were deposited. The work was approved in spite of there being no block plan provided. Reference is made to a letter of explanation from Ben Stocks. This is not included with the Building Notice.
