The plans provide fr the erection of a two storey extension to the front of an existing building to include an area for firing three boilers. There are three large doors at ground level to provide access. A range of seven windows at first floor level admits light into the working area. A pediment in the centre of the new elevation includes a carved panel inscribed 'Aspley Print Works'.
