Additional Information

The plans show a new house which was to adjoin the exiting house fronting on to Belmont Street in the occupation of Mr Kilner. The main elevation includes a single storey segmental bay to the left of the front door. There is a dormer window to light the attic and a feature is made of the stonework at the eaves.
