Additional Information
The plans provide for the building of a cottage on an irregular piece of ground at the end of a terrace of four houses fronting on to Grove Street. The four existing houses , which have single storey kitchen extensions at the rear are to altered, a second storey added to create a second small bedroom approximately 16 feet x 7 feet for each dwelling.
