Additional Information
the plans provide for the erection of a single storey lean to store 17 feet 9 inches x 18 feet on land at the rear of a yard on the north side of Colne Road. The northern wall of the storeroom adjoined an existing shed whilst the eastern wall of the store room adjoined an existing warehouse. The other two walls looked out on to the yard. At the southern end of the yard was a terrace of houses belonging to Henry Todd. Mr. Todd is listed in the 1879 Huddersfield & District directory as being the proprietor of the dining rooms at 82 Chapel Hill.
