The plans provide for the erection of a two storey dweling over a basement with an attic on land adjacent to Mr Rhodes property at Hebble House.
The distinctive tall facade, with a steeply pitched roof and attic dormer, heavy detailing around the door and windows may have been the work of Mr Rhodes himself.The rooms are not named, but there are two main rooms on each level, including the basement and attic. In a rer extension, there is a scullery (?) on the ground floor and a combined bathroom and W.C. at first floor level.
