Additional Information
Seven pairs of semi-detached houses on either side of a new road, later to be called Kidroyd. The seven pairs of semi-detached houses are built of brick and rendered. Red roof tiles and decorative brick motifs contrast against the white rendering. The leaded window lights are in wooden frames which give the appearance of stone mullions. The parlour windows have shallow bays. In terms of planning, the entrance and service areas form a wing at the sides of the main block, which is built around a large cntral chimney stack.
Each house in the mirrored pair has the following accommodation :
Cellar (part) -Fuel / Provisions
Ground -Parlour; Living Room; Kitchen; Entrance Lobby.
Chamber -3 beds; bathroom inc W.C.
