Additional Information
The plans are for alterations to Collinsons premises on the western side of New Street, and to the north of the entrtance to Hawksby's Coourt. The proposals are for the addition of a single storey smoeke room at the rear of the premises. At the New Street entrance, is a shop; to the rear a cafe and the proposed smoke room. The first floor entirely used as a cafe, with the kitchens on the second floor. The plans also included a proposal to extend a decorative bay window out over the front door.
