The basic one-up, one-down cottages with cellars are built on land in Hillhouse at the rear of houses belonging to Mr James Holdroyd fronting on to Hillhouse Lane. The proposed cottages are to be accessed from an intended new road to the back of the houses in Hillhouse Lane.
