A single storey storage shed made of timber and covered with galvanised iron, 27 feet x 9 feet, at the junction of Chapel Hill with Colne Road. The plans which were disapproved were drawn on company notepaper. F.Esatwood & Co, were woollen manfacturers and merchants, based at Engine Bridge Mills, with a warehouse at 70 John William Street.An earlier application for which there are no documents is listed as number 1297.
