The project is to erect a Stable with hay loft incorporating two stalls and two loose boxes and carriage house. Familiar arrangement with dormer in centre of main elevation containing hay loft doors. The application was approved subject to the manure pit being shown in approved position. The proposed stable was to be built in a yard to the rear of (north) houses on St Thomas's Road, beyond which was located Messrs William Matthewman's premises.
