Additional Information
The plans provide for the erection of a single storey lean-to wash house against the wall of the back yard of the property. The wash house would appear to be similar to one already built to serve the neighbouring property. The plans, which are stamped 'C.H.Riley, Architect', show a pair of properties with a covered passage running between them, from the garden frontingon to West Parade to the yards to the rear.
To the north, beyond the rear wall of the yard, the property is indicated as being in the hands of Leach's executors; to the west in the hands of Mr James Christie; and , to the east in possession of Mr Robert Aconley.
