Mid C19. Ashlar. Early C20 glazed clerestory storey added above eaves cornice. 3 storeys and basements. Strings. Moulded imposts. 10 ranges of casements, round-arched on 2nd floor, pointed-arched on ground floor (both with hoodmoulds); those on 2nd floor have roll moulded surrounds. Basement windows segment-headed arid chamfered. Elaborate cast iron railings to area.
