Bracketed eaves cornice. Continuous sills. Rusticated quoins. 8 ranges of sashes, with moulded surrounds on upper floors, segment-headed on 1st floor.
Ground floor windows round-arched with vermiculated voussoirs and keystones, and panelled aprons. Continuous moulded impost band. 2 doors with moulded panels and semi-circular fanlights.
