The single-sheet of drawings with the characteristic rounded corners, show proposals for a single storey wooden shed to be built adjacent to an existing shed to the rear of the dyeworks buildings which front on to he canal towpath. The property lies next to the Huddersfield Corporation Gas Works. A new road is intended to be built at the other side of the property at right angles to the canal. At the other side of the property from the canal is a tenement in the occupation of George Jarmain.
