To the rear of number 1, the architect has designed a new wing to incorporate a Dining Room with a bay window, a guest lavatory, and a reat porch. With the new wing the ground floor accommodation comprises ; Kitchen, Morning Room, Hall, Drawing Room, Butler's Pantry, Dining Room, W.C. Above the new Dining Room is a large bedroom.
