The workmanlike plans for a basic dwelling are signed by George Calvert of Moldgreen.
The house is built at the front of the plot and has a basement under part of the dwelling with a cellar and coal place. A Front Room and Kitchen occupy the ground floor, with bedrooms in the chamber and an attic floor.
The single storey workshop is at the rear of the yard and there is a privy in the yard.
