Additional Information
The plans are for an 'L' shaped three storey warehouse with basement. The warehouse adjoins the existing carpet works of Alfred Sykes standing at the junction of Viaduct Street and Ray Street. On the other side of Ray Street occupying a site stretching as far as Btadford Road are Pickford's Stables. The arches of the railway viaduct occupy the opposite side of Viaduct Street, on to which the new warehouse has its pricipal elevation. Each floor of the warehouse is open plan. There areloading doors on each floor .
