The plans relate to a building to the rear of Golden's premises in Cross Church Street (now occupied by Tony Iredale Travel)which were accessible from Fleece Yard (See Deposited Plan 703).

PLans had been submitted in April 1881 (See Deposited Plans 962) but were turned down because of inadequate provison for drainage.
