Additional Information
The plans relate to a property in West Parade, adjacent to a house and shop for which an application had already been made (See Deposited Plans 965),and said to be in the ownership of the executors ofMr J. Marshall. The proposal is to introduce a shop front into the ground floor elevation of the existing building. The elevation of the property, which it is proposed to change, was obviously intended as a residence when built. A new shop front is required to display goods and to show the change of use. On the town (south) side of the property stands the Acorn Hotel.
