Additional Information
The single sheet of plans is too fragile to open. The cottages were built on property leased to Alfred Sykes, Hearth Rug Manufacturer, with premises in Viaduct Street. Work on the cottages began in the summer of 1886. The cottages were completed between November 1886 and January 1887.
