Additional Information
The plans provide for the erection of an extension at the rear of the property, between the property of the exors of David Liversedge (No. 31) and that of George Barlow (Number 35)on the western side of Trinity Street. A covered passageway provides access to the back yard of the house. The additioon of the scullery and new window at the rear of the property necessitates the removal of a doorway. The back bedroom at chamber level is enlarged with a bay window. The plans show the addition of a dormer to the attic facing Trinity Street.
