Additional Information
The plans provide for the construction of a bathroom extension projecting over the rear entrance of the property, supporte on casr iron columns. Access t the bathroom is from the landing of the property. The plans are unsigned, but show a practcal hand at work. A number of properties in the area adopted a similar solution to providing a bathroom and W.C. Some were produced by the plumbers who carried out the work. The plans were received from the Borough Surveyor;'s office by J.W.Shepherd.
