Additional Information
The plans provide for the development of three shops in the ground floor of an existing building. The most conspicuous change is the introduction of plate glass display windows and shop doors. It would appear that the building had previously had two units at ground floor level.
The printer, Alfred Jubb, in whose name the application was made, had a printer's workshop in the basement, into which additional W.C.s were to be located.
