Moulded eaves cornice on large consoles. Moulded cornice above 2nd floor.
Continuous sill bands to 2nd and 3rd floors. Ground floor rusticated. 16 ranges of casements to Dundas Street, with sunk panels below those on ground floor. Carriage entrance with spur stones. Rounded corner and 4 ranges of casements to Sargeantson Street.
