Mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Ashlar dressings. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. Basement. Moulded eaves cornice. Blocking course. Continuous sill bands and imposts. Rusticated quoins. Ground floor has over-arched Venetian windows, with rusticated voursoirs, jambs and keystones, Tuscan piers and entablatures. 5 ranges of paired upper floor windows with moulded voussoirs and keystones, round-arched on 1st floor, segment-headed on 2nd floor. Wood Street elevation is similar, with 2 window ranges.
