The proposal is to build a pair od shops and houses between existing properties (belonging to Mrs Burrows on the Marsh side and the executors of the late J. Marshall on the Huddersfield side)in West Parade, on the northern side of Trinity Street. The buildings are three storey over a basement. Each property includes the following accommodation :
