Additional Information
A group of four one up, one down cottages, each with a basement on land between Castlegate, William North's existing warehouse and the Forester's Arms. Three of the cottages front on to Castlegate, the other stands between one of the cottages and abuts the warehouse. The proposed stables stand between the Forester's and the warehouse, making full use of all the exiting land. There is a group of privies and ashpits in the yard.
