Additional Information
The three sheets of drawings are quite basic and include a Block Plan, Ground Plan and Elevation. The development is one of a block between Stables Street and a Back Street; Queen Street South and a short street, not named. Mr. William Roberts' lease is for a piece of land 30 feet wide by 118 feet long and adjoins John Hanson's plot (See Deposited Plans 26 ,15 April 1869) and described in these drawings as 'Not Built On'. Beyond John Hanson's land, Mr. James Outhwaite has two plots, one of which, that adjacent to the short, un-named street , has been developed.
The proposed development follows a similar pattern with a dwelling house facing Stables Street and a workshop beyond a yard behind the property.
